    The fantastic city view from our executive room made every morning nice. The staff's attention to my son's egg allergy was heartwarming, ensuring we enjoyed safe and delicious meals throughout our stay.

    Fairly clean place, staff was good. It was soundproof, spacious and with a seaview.

    the hotel is beautifully kept and good quality in fact. genuinely professional and extremely helpful staff here with great service. stay here and enjoy your doha weekend.

    Recommend it for Families with Kids

    I was impressed with the amazing rooftop pool, it had amazing views and the kids loved it so much we spent much of our time there. The staff were friendly, especially Nahila.

    It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but overall, it was suitable for what we paid for.

    Everything was nice, so were splendid views of Doha skyline and the Cornice! Its location within easy walking distance of The Spa was convenient. There were an old market and a market around the hotel.

    The staff was attentive and friendly throughout our visit.

    In my wife's opinion, the restaurant prices were a bit steep. It would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options available.

    Room is spacious and brand-new just opened in September. Now doing special discount campaign. It is worth staying once while the campaign is running, since it will be very expensive once the campaign finishes.

    Internet is very slow. Room make-up does not come till evening and we needed to prompt to reception. Alarm System is ringing continuously because the set-up is not ready. Hotel Car was not ready even if we reserved on previous day and advised to make it sure for many times and we were about to be in late for meeting. By chance taxi was passing and we jumped in. Due to the start-up period, there is still confusion and lack of guest support.

    Sipping coffee by the rooftop pool was a highlight, and I loved unwinding in the spa after a long day of exploring. With plenty of sun loungers and a cozy jacuzzi, relaxation was right at my fingertips. Just a heads up, the food delivery to my room took a bit longer than expected, but overall, it was a delightful stay! 😊

    Good finsih and decor.

    The following were very negative points: - As i checked in I asked if my room is sea and was told yes. I arrrived to the room and it was not. - Mattress is not confortable at all, feels like a peice of wood. I complained but instead I was told most residents give compliments about the mattress so I most be wrong - Hot water in shower takes forever to come down - Shower room leaks out water when showering to the bath floor - A/C fan was very loud. I had to switch if off in order to sleep - Lighting control is badly done. manual switch for every light - When I complained about all the above issues, I was promised that they will uprade me to a different room by the sales person, instead I was sent technicians at 11 pm. -One night i came back and key card stoped working..staff had no idea how to reprogram. I had to wait sometime -At checking out, employee did not know how to print out an invoice. Instead I was told it would be emailed to me..when that was done, only breakfast invoice was emailed. I will never stay again at of Fraser hotels in the world. What a disaster...
